Ingredients
- 3 peaches, plums, or nectarines, pitted and finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp salt
Steps
- Combine peaches, jalapeno, bell pepper, cilantro, red onion, lime juice and salt in a medium bowl and toss well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes and up to 1 day before serving.
